This highly-interactive course will guide you through the Immunity to Change ™ approach, developed by Harvard professors' Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey from over twenty years of research in adult development.

Why is it we say we are committed to change and yet we aren’t getting the results we want?

The Nike motto falls short. It's not a matter of just doing it; willpower only takes us so far. What we need is to grow in our mental complexity. We need to discover our personalized “immunity to change’’ that keeps us stuck, that keeps us from learning and growing, and becoming all that we can become. And then discover the path of freedom from the Big Assumptions that have been holding onto us. What might become possible when we do? Let's find out!

This course is for those ready to lean in and engage - with yourself and your fellow learners.

And frankly, our world needs us all to step it up, to mature our mindsets, skills, and capabilities so that we can be fit to face the complex challenges of our times.

In this highly-interactive 4-session Course you are invited to:

• Experience opportunity for rich, meaningful, and playful connection with other leaders, coaches, facilitators, and consultants.
• Create your own Immunity to Change™ Map that allows you to see how and why you get stuck (we all do).
• Test your Big Assumptions - and learn from them, so that they are no longer in the driver's seat, and enable you to step into another level of possibility!
• Create a learning plan for how you want to intentionally steward the learning post-course.
• Leave the course feeling connected, inspired, and hopeful.

Your Course Facilitator

David Westerlund is a facilitator and coach with a mixture of levity and gravity, playfulness and depth who designs workshops, courses, and retreats for the purpose of unlocking hidden resources within individuals and groups. This enables transformation so that you can flourish and be fit to face complex challenges. He has solid experience in facilitating a high level of engagement in the virtual space, so that participants do not leave feeling fatigued, but rather energized, engaged, and alive. He has a heart for working for organizations that want to provide space for the full humanity of their people to emerge.
