Purpose of this Workshop: To reveal and shift our relationship with those Things that keep us up in the night.
We are in a time of flux and uncertainty.
Understandably, our fears can grow enormously and also spread like a virus.
What are the fears that keep you up in the night?
What would be possible if we shifted our relationship to those fears?
Curiously, when we experience connectedness and reveal our fears with others, their power over us weakens. This is an opportune time to then shift our relationship to those fears, adopting new more helpful beliefs that will build our resilience and well-being during this time and beyond.
In this interactive workshop we will:
- Name our fears, particular in this season we are in
- Shift our relationship to our fears
- Leave with a single step to act on immediately
Astrid Pruitt cares most about transforming how people collaborate, connect and learn from one another in the workplace and beyond.  As a Learning Designer and Facilitator, she curates atypical learning environments that engage people’s senses, disrupt habitual thought patterns and foster unexpected conversations and connections. She has experience working at multiple levels, from individual coaching and group interventions, to organizational change programs in Canada, The United States and Denmark. Astrid designs with intentionality, listens with deep curiosity and appreciates the magic of a good metaphor. She holds a BA in Cognitive & Behavioral Science, as well as East Asian Languages and Literatures (Chinese) from Washington and Lee University, and a post-graduate degree in Enterprising Leadership from Kaospilot, a Danish business and design school.Â
David Westerlund loves building his own collaborative capacity as he cultivates the collaborative capacity of teams and organizations. He is a designer, facilitator, applied improviser, and midwife of joy. He is the Founder and Owner of Be Present Discover Joy Consulting, and though he is loving cultivating collaboration on Zoom and online, he can't wait to get back to being in the same actual room facilitating, unleashing, and inspiring.
