About the Event

When you think of and deal with your email do you feel depleted or energized? Scattered or Focused?

Working Americans spend an average of over 5 hours a day on email (work and personal email). And here's a secret - if it's still a problem for you, it's NOT a technical problem, it's an adaptive challenge. And it's worth some reflection to ponder if what you're currently doing is worth continuing.

It certainly hasn't been an easy journey for either of us. We still have a lot to learn and don't imagine ourselves to be an expert. What we do bring our skill in designing workshops that enable:

  • deep reflection, learning, and growth
  • connection, curiosity, and compassion
  • imagining possibilities and
  • clear intentions to be set

How much is email frustration costing you? What would be made possible if you had a different relationship to email - one where you didn't feel like you were ''at the effect of email'' but rather a creator of your experience?

Join us and other curious learners on Friday, March 15, 2024 to catalyze a new relationship with what can sometimes feel like an out of control email firehose!

We'll be using various tools-n-such to guide our reflection, connection, and learning.
